The School of Dentistry Supervisory Recognition Program Budget and Guidelines support our efforts to recognize the contributions of staff. It is a response to the 2017 employee engagement survey results that identified a need for more robust and intentional staff recognition within the school.
The specific components of the program outlined in the guidelines are the result of meetings hosted by Shelby LaFreniere and Katie Bidinger. It was an open invitation to staff who expressed a desire for supervisors to have a recognition budget for team and individual recognition.
